COLLEEN CREANY (MOJOCK)'S HUSBAND DAVE PASSED AWAY ON DEC. 21.

David T. Mojock, 75, of New Castle passed away the morning of Dec. 21, 2020, at Shenango on the Green Nursing Home.
David was born on Nov. 9, 1945 in Masontown, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late Charles A. and Mary A. (Fabbri) Mojock.
He was married to the former Colleen Creany. They were married on Aug. 10, 1968, and were married or 52 years.
David was of the Roman Catholic faith and a member or Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus site.
Mr. Mojock is a graduate of Masontown High School, class of 1963.
Mr. Mojock continued his education by attending Duquesne University, earning a bachelor's degree in biology.
He was drafted into the United States Army on May 29, 1969, in Fort Eustis, Virginia. David earned the rank of SP5. He was a member of the JAG office as a law clerk. Mr. Mojock was released to complete law school on February 28, 1971. He received many decorations and citations, among them where the National Defense Service Medal and Expert Badge with the M-14 Rifle. David was honorably discharged on Jan. 29, 1975.
David continued his education, graduating in 1972 from of Duquesne Law School.
Mr. Mojock was a senior partner of the former Gamble Verterano Mojock Piccione Palmer and Green Law Firm for 27 years. Mr. Mojock retired after 10 years of service with the law firm Balph Nicolls Mitosis Flannery and Clark.
He was a past president of the Lawrence County Bar Association. David was a member of several local community boards, including Lawrence County Blind Association and Lawrence County Community Partnership.
David was a member of the Knights of Columbus for 60 years and a local member of Knights of Columbus Post 512. He was the former state advocate, fourth degree faithful navigator, and third degree grand knight. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Colleen, David is survived by four children, David (Jennifer) Mojo of Los Angeles, California, Angela (Dan) Klein of New Castle, Todd C. Mojock of New Castle and Eric A. Mojock of Alliance, Ohio; brother, Charles (Cathy) Mojock of Daytona Beach, Florida; two sisters, Mary Anne Marian of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, and Josephine Ziglear of Morgantown, West Virginia; and 10 grandchildren.
Mr. Mojock was preceded in death by his parents and infant brother, Christopher Mojock.
A private visitation was held Tuesday afternoon at Noga Funeral Home Inc., 1142 S. Mill St., New Castle, Pa. 16101.
A Mass of Christian burial and Rite of Committal were celebrated at Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus site. The Rev. Anthony Sciarappa, parochial vicar of Holy Spirit Parish will officiate.
Interment will take place at Parkside Cemetery.
