DEBALLASTING PARTY !!

When: Saturday, October 18, 2008 ~ 12:00 noon ‘til ??
Where: Matt Carroll’s Cabin in Loyalhanna Woodlands
Why: Why not?
What: What’s a “Deballasting” Party?
This is an opportunity to rid yourself of (flammable) objects that have been weighing you down.
Examples of Previous Deballastations: Old love letters, job rejection letters, photos, worn out guitars…anything you’re sick of and that burns


Directions from Pittsburgh:
Take Route 22 East for approx 40 miles to New Alexandria.
Take Left onto Rte. 981 N (across from the Sheetz).
Follow 981 N for approx 4 miles (follow 981 as it goes Right at Y, and Left at T).
After passing Marshall’s Market on your right, make the next left onto Bush Road.
Follow Bush for less than ½ mile.
Take Right at Sign for “Loyalhanna Woodlands.”
Take first left after tennis court onto Woodland Drive.
Take right at 3rd lane (very small road)….look for sign “Matt’s Cabin”

Directions from Johnstown:
Take Route 56 from Johnstown to Route 22 in Armagh
Follow Route 22 West for 23 miles to New Alexandria
Make Right onto Route 981 (across from the Sheetz)
Follow 981 N for approx 4 miles (follow 981 as it goes Right at Y, and Left at T).
After passing Marshall’s Market on your right, make the next left onto Bush Road.
Follow Bush for less than ½ mile.
Take Right at Sign for “Loyalhanna Woodlands.”
Take first left after tennis court onto Woodland Drive.

Drive should take just over an hour from Pittsburgh. Please bring a sleeping bag if you plan on staying over. Plenty of room inside the cabin for sleeping and plenty of room outside the cabin for tents. Call Beth at (724) 513-5832 or Matt at (724) 513-5913 if you have any questions.
