LABOR DAY GATHERING...

 OK...ACCORDING TO DAD'S RULE, "THE PICNIC SHOULD BE HELD THE DAY BEFORE THE HOLIDAY!"  SO THAT MAKES IT SUNDAY AUGUST 31st. SINCE LABOR DAY IS SEPTEMBER 1st THIS YEAR.

4th OF JULY PICNIC GATHERING

 SO DAD'S RULE ALMOST NEVER WORKS FOR THE 4th.  THIS YEAR THE 4th IS ON FRIDAY SO THE GATHERING WILL NEED TO BE ON SUNDAY THE 6th.  IT IS HARD TO GET A BIG CREW BECAUSE OF ALL THE OTHER STUFF OVER THAT WEEKEND. LIKE PARADES IN COMMUNITIES AND FIREWORKS.  THIS YEAR LOUIE PAT HAS A BIG GATHERING DOWN AT DEEP CREEK ON FRIDAY THE 4th.  

HOPE WHOEVER IS FREE ON SUNDAY THE 6th CAN MAKE T TO CAMP FOR THE GATHERING.

 JUSTIN AND SOME FRIENDS WILL BE FISHING AT CAMP JUNE 20-22.

 SO THE SIGN UP SHEET BELOW SHOWS WHO HAS OR WILL DO MOWING ON THE DATE LISTED.

LET INCLE JOHN KNOW IF YOU CAN MOW ON A SPECIFIC DATE(S)   SO HE CAN MAINTAIN THE SCHEDULE.  IT WILL BE UPDATED WEEKLY.

We are trying to have the grass mowed on weekends if possible.  MOWING ON FRIDAY TO MONDAY works best for many so that is the target.  Dates listed starting with May 11 are Sundays but the mowing can be done on the other days(Friday to Monday) instead because of rain etc..

5/25   This is the Memorial Day weekend.  It would be nice to have the grass cut prior to Sunday since that is the picnic day.....Matt Sheridan is signed up for Friday .  Matt had assistance from Aunt Kath and Incle John.  And then Mikie and Stevie mowed again on Monday 5/26 for extra measure.

FIRST CAMP SIGN UP FOR THIS SEASON...

 Shawn, Kevin and Matt will sleepover with kids from Sunday May 25 to Monday May 26 (Memorial Day).  They invite other KID CREWS (with parent(s)).  Planning a Mighty Party!

Our Memorial Day Picnic will be on that Sunday according to Dad's rule of having, "the picnic the day before the holiday". A nice chance to catch up with some of the newest of our clan!

Hope lots of folks can make it! 

WE HAVE A NEW TEAM MEMBER....(SOMEHOW THIS POST NEVER CAME UP)

 ALISHA AND JOHNNY BROUGHT US TORIN  ASHER EARLY THIS MORNING (SEPTEMBER 3/24).

HE CAME IN A LITTLE EARLY AT 4 LB 5 OZ AND  19.25 IN.

ALL ARE DOING WELL.
